How Shipping Works

PHPS merchandise is produced and shipped through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
All items are custom-made after you place your order.

This means:

  • Processing and shipping are handled entirely by our print provider

  • Shipping times and carrier methods may vary depending on your location

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages if you purchase multiple items

Production Time

Each item is printed and prepared after the order is submitted.
Typical production time is:

  • 2–7 business days

Production time may be longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the print provider’s location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery windows:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–12 business days after production

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after production

These are estimates provided by the fulfillment partner and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).
Tracking updates are controlled by the fulfillment partner and carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Because shipping is handled by our print provider, PHPS is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Damage caused during shipping

However, we will assist you in contacting the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the fulfillment partner to fix the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before placing an order.
PHPS cannot change addresses once production begins.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Digital Products

Music and digital downloads are delivered electronically and have no shipping.
