Welcome to PHPS AI Music. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through our platform. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the terms below.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian.

  • You will use this website in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to harm the site, its services, or its users.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time.

What to include in the T&C document

Products Sold

We offer two types of products:

a. Physical Merchandise

Includes items such as:

  • T-shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Mugs

  • Hats

  • Other print-on-demand items

These items are printed and fulfilled by our third-party print provider (Printify/Print Shop partner).

b. Digital Products 

Includes items such as:

  • Music downloads

  • Digital content

  • Audio files

  • Non-physical creative materials

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase.

3. No Refunds / All Sales Final

a. Physical Merchandise

Because all merchandise is print-on-demand, items are made after each order is placed.

For this reason:

❌ We do NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for wrong sizes, wrong colors, or buyer’s remorse.
❌ We do NOT cancel orders once they are submitted to the print provider.

b. Digital Products

❌ All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once the file is delivered, the sale is final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will work with the print provider to replace the item according to their policy.

We do not replace items damaged by the customer, postal mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

4. Shipping Policy

  • We ship within the United States only.

  • No international shipping is available at this time.

  • Shipping times depend on the print provider, typically 5–12 business days after production.

Shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are out of our control.

5. Digital Product Access

After purchase, digital files may be delivered via:

  • Direct download link

  • Email link

  • Customer account access

Customers are responsible for checking their email and downloading files promptly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost download links

  • Full inboxes

  • Incorrect email addresses

We will resend links upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, content, images, logos, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of PHPS AI Music.

You may NOT:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Distribute

any digital content without written permission.

Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use.

7. Order Processing

Orders automatically go into production as soon as payment is received.

We cannot:

  • Change orders

  • Change addresses

  • Modify sizes

  • Cancel orders
    once they are submitted to the print provider.
