PHPS Refund Policy

Overview

PHPS offers merchandise and digital products created through our platform, including PHSPMUSIC downloads, PHPSBOOKS digital content, and print-on-demand merch.
Because our products are made and delivered in different ways, our refund rules vary by product type.

🟦 1. Refunds for Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

All physical products (shirts, hoodies, mugs, bags, etc.) are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party print-on-demand partner.
These items are custom-made when you place an order.

✔ We offer refunds or replacements ONLY if:

  • Your item arrives damaged,

  • Your order has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The wrong item was sent.

📩 To request a replacement/refund:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will contact the print provider on your behalf and assist with resolving the issue.

❌ We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen by customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items lost due to incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Normal wear or color variation from screen display differences

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

🟦 2. Refunds for Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Books)

All digital downloads are final sale.

❌ We do not offer refunds for:

  • Music downloads

  • Digital book purchases

  • Instant-delivery files

  • Digital content already accessed or downloaded

If you experience a download issue, we will resend your files at no charge.

🟦 3. Cancellations

Because items begin production immediately after you place an order, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Please check your cart and address carefully before completing your purchase.

🟦 4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

PHPS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to the print provider, you may need to pay additional shipping to reship it.

🟦 5. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first

  2. Then email us with your case information

We’ll help communicate with the fulfillment partner, but replacement decisions depend on their policies.
